Amscomatic’s H-175 is a sophisticated conveyor/sealer designed for high-speed poly bag sealing. It’s engineered for dependable performance and low maintenance in demanding, high-production environments. Features include digital heat controls, automatic scrap removal, and a sensor designed to prevent improperly-positioned bags from being sealed. This unit is equipped with a 33’ long x 22” wide conveyor with a 15” wide belt. Belt can be shortened to a minimum of 10' long. It has a Top Bag Compression Belt to remove air from the bag prior to sealing. Its adjustable product placement belt system allows bag length to be tailored to fit the product. The H-175 can be easily integrated with other Amscomatic equipment into an automatic folding/bagging/sealing system.
The unit comes with extra parts and drive belts and machine documentation.
