Important Payment Instructions
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express on most orders. If the order totals over $500.00 there will be a 3% credit card usage fee. Other forms of payment we will accept are Cashier's Check, Company Check, or Bank Wire Transfer. Canadian payment terms are the same as US payments but we do not accept company checks.

If you pay by check, your order will be shipped when the check has cleared the bank. Can take up to 10 business days.

Account terms are net 30 days on most items and are available to repeat domestic customers when accompanied with an initial non-cancelable order of at least $500. Please contact M-Pak to start an account, and allow 14 days for account approval. This requires a M-Pak Credit Application with the normal bank, trade references, and D-U-N-S number. This process can be expedited with the inclusion of a recent D & B Comprehensive Report on your comapany. All items being shipped out of the continental U. S. require prepayment unless otherwise approved.
- Once your account has been established, credit limits will be increased or reduced reflecting your record of payment. If your record shows prompt payment, we will be pleased to adjust your credit limit upward. A late or partial payment would require and adjustment of your credit limit accordingly.
- If your account is turned over to a collection agency or attorney for collection, or in the event of default, all collection, legal expenses and reasonable attorney fees will be paid by the debtor. Collection and legal expenses shall include, but not be limited to, all costs of filing in legal process, service of Summons and Complaint, witness fees, collection fees and attorney fees. All filings will originate in Greensboro, NC.
All Invoices are due and payable within 30 days from the date of the invoice. Orders are accepted by M-Pak Systems with the understanding that customers will pay all service charges that may be added to their account due to late payment. Service charges at the rate of 2.5% per month will be added to overdue accounts.
A $5.00 handling fee will be added to all orders that do not meet the minimum order amount of $35.00 (not including shipping costs).
Sales of both new and used machinery require payment prior to shipment. In some cases, only a downpayment may be required. Large dollar sales can be handled by the following payment methods: Certified Check, Bank Check, Company Check with Bank Guarantee, or Wire Transfer (there is a $15.00 bank fee). All sales are final.
In order to protect from ever increasing ecommerce fraud, our company policy does not allow us to invoice an item without proper information to confirm that we are dealing with a legitimate customer. This requires complete business information including company name, contact name, mailing address, ship to address, phone number, fax number, etc. This would be the information normally found on your Purchase Order. Once received, someone from our company’s Transaction Security Services should contact you to confirm the above and that we have a legitimate order. On intermational orders, the invoice and bank information will be faxed to you to minimize forgery issues.
A signed resale certificate or tax exempt certificate must be provided or applicable sales taxes may be charged. Customers are responsible for all local, county, state or federal taxes.
M-Pak makes no guarantee regarding the suitability of any machine for a specific application. All sales are final.
M-Pak ships via UPS, FedEx, and US Postal Service - primarily UPS. Large orders may be shipped by truck. Buyer is responsible for all crating and shipping charges unless otherwise specified by M-Pak.
Skidding & Crating: If the item that you are bidding on requires skidding or crating, M-Pak does this at cost. Contact us for more info.
Shipment: We ship items as soon after your payment clears at our bank as is possible. If your item requires special skidding or crating, it may take a few days to prepare.
M-Pak makes no guarantee regarding the ability of any item sold by us to successfully handle any particular application. If possible, we will be glad to pretest your application prior to ordering. In cases where there is significant setup time involved, there may be a minimal fee involved to cover cost of testing. Unless otherwise specified in writing, all sales are final.
M-Pak offers used equipment for sale. We make every effort to obtain 100% customer satisfaction by giving an honest assessment of its operation and condition. Equipment is available for inspection in our facility in Greensboro, NC. If practical, we will demo the equipment or run sample packages. In some cases, we recondition certain machines to insure their functionality. In all cases, however, this equipment is sold "as is" without any guarantee regarding its function, purpose of use, suitability for a particular application, or safety being expressed or implied by the description, sale, or transfer of this item. Unless specified in writing, no warranty whatsoever is expressed or implied. In some cases (only if specified in writing at time of sale), a replacement parts warranty may apply. Any needed repair or service labor is the sole responsibility of the buyer. M-Pak may offer technical support but is in no way obligated to do so. It is the customer's responsibility to know what they are buying, what is included, and how it is used. We recommend that the customer contact the machine manufacturer to verify appropriateness for any particular application prior to purchasing. By purchasing an item, the customer agrees to all the terms and conditions listed on this page and that M-Pak will not be held liable for any incident, accident, or consequential damages related to the application, use or misuse of this item under any circumstances. All sales are final.
If M-Pak grossly misrepresents an item in error, contact M-Pak for a Return Authorization so that the item can be returned within 7 days from receipt of the item. Any return must be received in the condition in which it was shipped and be accompanied with the required Return Authorization documents. Returns will be for equipment of equal value or the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility.
Machines in our pre-owned inventory can be secured on an "on hold" basis for a period of 10 days for $2000. Refundable by a merchandise credit.
