The PAP305 is a high volume-marking and heat sealing machine that puts your brand, logo, or property stamp on fabrics as fast as your employee can go.  Can operate using transfers or in direct printing mode.  Garments and all types of linen can be marked directly on the fabric. The plate with your logo or variable text makes clean, sharp imprints.  No curing time required.

This unit was purchased at a bankruptsy sale and has seen little use.  The Perm-A-Print Model PAP305 machine achieves direct, permanent printing on most natural or synthetic fabrics by means of a heated printing device (printing plate), briefly striking on inked ribbon against the material to be marked. Depending on a customer’s requirements, the printing plate may be an engraved plate, changeable type slugs, or a combination. Optional kits allow for heat sealing and mending.  A graphic display shows the machine’s current status, including temperature and sealing time.  Manual Included.

A few applications for the Perm-A-Print machine are:
- Printing of property marks, logos, and other information on sheets and the inside layers of pants, jackets, and other garments.
- Printing of company logos directly on suit bags, hospital linen, table linen, or shop wear.
- Heat sealing garment identification labels and mending patches (with optional kit).

The PAP305 has a foot operated, electrically initiated print stroke and an air operated, electrically timed power print cycle. The ink ribbon advance is achieved by a motor drive. The heating mechanism is a cast aluminum block (called the printing head) directly above the printing plate. The head contains the cast in heating element controlled by an electronic heat control. Since the printing plate slides into guides attached to the printing head, it is easily changeable. An optional special adapter allows the use of the narrow plates previously used in the Model PAP304 printing machines.
